KVKK Notice
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller is Nera Reklam Pazarlama Yazılım Teknoloji Limited Şirketi. The related company in Estonia is Nextnew OÜ.
Data and purpose
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone), the content of a request and security logs may be processed.
The purpose is to answer requests, run conversations and the customer relationship, and keep the site secure. The legal basis is establishing or performing a contract, legitimate interest, and consent where it is required.
Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting, email and measurement providers in Turkey and abroad, within the transfer rules of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.
Send requests to info@nerasocial.com. A reply follows the statutory period. If a request is refused, the reply is insufficient, or no reply arrives in time, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
